Cathy and I dropped by the shop at Motor Car Trader and met Marc and Ken.

We wanted to see the shop and check the status of the car. We had never been before and we had a delightful time with the guys as we went through all of the ins and outs of the restoration.
First we just spent some time getting better acquainted then got down to more detailed tasks of getting the seats sized, determining the size of the steering wheel and of course making sure that Cathy could reach the clutch.

The shop was spotless and it is organized so that it has a dedicated restoration section separate from the lift and the parking. The restoration area has banks of shelves that hold all of the labeled parts and right now they are filled with all of the pieces of our car that is still out to be painted.

Finally, we spent some time figuring out how we would pack the car for the 3500 mile trip back home later this year. Cathy tried packing the suitcases in the rear and took all of the measurements so we would know exactly what would fit.
